There is remarkable difference in actual boundary and KMZ file boundary. Why it is so? Please explain

That is caused due to map projection system
The actual boundary was originally observe on the UTM Minna(Nigeria) which is a plane system while it was projected to the world wide WGS84(curved surface) adopted by Google Earth.
Therefore when transforming from a plane surface to a Ellipsoidal or curved surface there tends to be distortions in either shape or size and to some extent position.
Do some research on "map projection"
