I will always love that you build your own stairs and not just use the ones from the building menu. Small little detail but sometimes that makes all the difference.

As you know I am rather fond of my custom stairs, and for all my complaints about the pathing AI still amazed that the settlers can use them. Sure it might take them a few attempts to work it out, but they get the hang of it in the end! 😆🤣.
There are super relaxing to watch or have as background noise. I don't know why its soothing. Outside of my weirdness, amazing work with using parts in very different and interesting ways.
@@FiddleflapsVids I agree on all that except for the cha-ching, modded it out a long time with a mod I made. But everything else is soothing. I really like how you make buildings, they all look super unique and have matching character for the settlement.
These construction videos are a masterclass of settlement building - I learn so much each time. I really like how creatively you use the structural pieces. Makes for some very unique and interesting builds!
Just be warned that Southern corner can disappear. Could be patched now, I don't know, but I had a corner of my house together with a stash full of legendaries disappear once. Lost quite a bit of progress when I had to reload older save.
Ps4 and xbox will be updated too but with stability and performance update so a lot mods will be useless this 25 th april. I just wish that my building mods still work or nytra mods. But in part i am happy about bethesda finally fix fps drops, glitch and another problems in the game since microsoft bought them.
Not for this build, I did try adding a barn but it just felt too large and sort of over powered the other structures. I do use the barn door sections in a couple of the larger settler shacks to break them up into separate rooms.
@@erichimes5042 No need to apologise, felt it was a perfectly reasonable question and not passive aggressive. As a farm location you would think this as an ideal place to use the barn pieces, and can see why some might wonder or ask why I not really making much use of them here 👍😊.
Yes, I expect any mods that require the script extender to stop working until its updated. I have set my 'appmanifest_377160.acf' file to read only to hopefully prevent Steam from auto updating the game until mod updates are available.
The only mods I use for graphics is ReShade to reduce the blur from TAA and make the game a little less washed out looking. Apart from that its just stock PC Ultra settings. There is a list of all the mods used in this playthrough linked in the description 👍.
I can't think of anything pretend insulting to say 🤔 I'm sure I'll think of something for the next video. Maybe a table will be out of place at your walkthrough.
I jokingly like to think of you as the channels unofficial building inspector... Wandering into settlements holding a set square up to its fixtures and fittings, whilst muttering rude comments under your breath and furiously writing on to a clipboard. You present your list of real (but mostly imagined faults) to the devastated builder, before leaving with a smirk to terrorise other wannabe settlement builders 😜😆.

Are you going to incorporate any barn walls into the build? Would that clash with your general aesthetic, or is it something else?

Am abit of a newbie when it comes to building on this, how did you get the ability to movement step, surface snap etc. Is it a mod ?
