This is the trailer for Command & Conquer Tiberian Sun that was included in later releases of the original Command & Conquer. It's quite different from what Tiberian Sun would later become, and much closer to the original Command & Conquer.

when i watched this as a kid from the tiberium dawn menu this trailer had me thinking tiberium sun was going to be a fps that looked so badass lmao 😂

I only just found out that Tib Sun was originally going to be a mech sim. I'm glad that it ended up as another RTS but I wonder what the mech sim would have been like.

Hey buddy, just stumbled upon your channel and love the breadth and choice of content. I wanted to ask, do you recall a C&C(95?) promo video where NOD flies a passenger plane into what looks like the Taj Mahal? Haven't seen it since like 2002 and I can't find anything on google anymore, but I recall this trailer was on the same disc.

I remember this, I don't think its the Taj Mahal, but some Mosque/Temple? I always thought it was a FMV from one of the missions or perhaps from the Covert Operations expansion?

@@markskinner3169 Despite me asking many self-professed C&C experts to no avail when I was first looking for it, you're the only person who seems to remember this at all. Fortunately I actually found it on the game files on some CD-rip and have it uploaded it to my channel. I'm very grateful for your reply with that context though! I thought it was a promo bumper or something, but you may well be right. Hmm... maybe I'll have to take a sick day and play Covert Ops through to verify!😏

@@eugenestrauss8522 that's really interesting! I remember seeing it as a kid around 96 or 97 then again ten or so years later replaying it? Ive started playing the remaster again. One thing I've always wanted to do was bring C&C 95 to the arma engine and have a truly authentic Tiberium Dawn experience on something like Arma Reforged. Alas time is a constraint!
