I just bought a 2010 Renault master ex patient transport van, with air suspension. It’s completely flattened the battery as there is an air leak somewhere making the compressor constantly top up the air bags. After a week sat idle the compressor is empty and van is right down.. any ideas as to what I need to look at to be the most likely culprit? Never done air suspension before 😆 😭 great video by the way!
I found that my rear air strut is reaching its maximum stroke before the bag does, so i might be changing that later on. Did your strut hit it’s limit before your bag?

Hi Steve, I haven't driven it much since fitting but yes I would say there is a notable difference when cornering mostly, feels a lot more confident in the bends at higher speeds. Haven't noticed a major difference on a straight road though. Deffo keeps the rear end from sagging. I usually have it around 1.8 bar depending on the load on board.
Mine is fully loaded finished conversion on a high top . The back bump stops are on the axle . And when it hits a bad bumpy roads it just bangs . I thought with these bags it may help but from your reply it could make the back suspension stiffer
@@DiscoDansVan Dose it makes it stiffer for dirt roads or dose it makes it more comfortable? Would love to know more details on how it feels to drive. Dose it improves the ride comfort?
I've had it just over a year, seems well built. Only issue issue so far was the air flow sesnor. The turning circle is awful though to be honest, maybe because its FWD. My old transit was longer yet much more manuvourable (rwd).

Nice where did you buy the metal valves? And also how did you set up the switches to raise to deflate the air suspensions?
