Good to see you back. Have you actually worked out which addiction is affecting your life most? That would be the one to get under control first. Also I feel you are trying to deal with addiction on your own with no help....Most addicts tried that and failed miserably including me... it just doesnt work. Remember, its not the tablets etc that are the problem...we take these substances as a support and thats what we uncover in rehab and NA etc. Knowing the reasons gives us the power to look at other soltions instead of tablets etc and thats how we recover. Wishing you all the best and hoping you get to grips with the cause of your using,,,then youll really make progress. The reason and obsession disappear with this understanding... ask anyone who has committed to and successfully gone thru this process. I have a great life now... no substances ever of any type and no desire to use which is amazing. Hope that helps
