One of our guys was 6’6” 295 with an 8 pack & is in the NFL right now. He didn’t even know what protein was. I can assure you by looking at Khalil Mack, he is 100% natural.
Until you get to the level of seeing human being of which you can’t even fathom the size of, because it’s impossible until you’re surrounded by them recruited all over the world, then you ‘literally’ have no idea what you’re talking about to make such a “100% sure” claim/statement on someone’s name. Just cause you’re small. And the people where you live are. Trust me. These black dudes were bigger than the Rock & Brock Lesnar combined with veins & 8 packs over 250lbs & didn’t even have money to eat food, let alone buy steroids. It’s genetics. & that’s why they’re the best in the world. Size matters. So if you’re small, just hang it up now, cause you’re already intimated by people like Khalil Mack. Who is BIG but trust me, there’s BIGGER. Lots who never make it and go back to their tiny little poor ridden areas in Florida as soon as the seasons over and just never come back to school randomly. And you’ll never see em again. and they’re Khalil Mack x2. As a sports fan, I learned all about PED’s by following professional cycling before, during, and after the Lance Era. As such, I will never fully trust what any individual athlete might say regarding their potential use. Professional sports, sadly, is full of athletes who will cheat and lie to gain a competitive edge and/or stay in the game longer than they should.

Anecdotally, i had a friend that i knew from elementary school the entire way through high school that was a very skinny guy, an ectomorph, a hard-gainer if you will. He played football in HS and then in college and eventually made it to the NFL and played on the raiders practice squad. By the time he graduated college the amount of pure size this kid had put on was insane. And he did it in the span of 2 years during the last years of his college. He was not genetically predisposed to it either. There are unspoken programs in the NCAA and NFL for PEDs. Certainly.

As someone with a master's degree in biology with an understanding of the physiology of the endocrine system, it is pretty easy to test for in professional sports. First, get a baseline when they enter the league. Any abnormalities afterward will show a clear sign of supplementation. You do not need to create a universal baseline; simply test for it later on in their careers.
