From my apartment I could hear a little dog crying every night from about 7 pm until after 1 am. It upset me. I figured where it was coming from. It was from a building from around the corner. When I took my dog out for a walk at night, I would walk past this building waiting for someone to come out to ask. So, one day I saw this woman coming out with her dogs, so I asked her. She said it was an older couple on the 1st floor, who would put the dog out in the patio, not letting the dog come inside. Some people have no heart. Their little dog crying all night, and they just ignored that. One night at around midnight, hearing the poor dog still crying, I went out and rang the 1st fl. Nobody responded. The following night, I told the cop who was in the area. He said he would check with the station about the procedures. Meanwhile, the dog still cries every night. So, one night, I wrote a note and stuck it inside the gated door. They haven't left the dog crying all night since. Some days maybe for an hour or so.
