When i was younger i was heavy bullied in school for many years. Speaking up for myself?No way! I was always fat and fat shamed all my life.. My mother was a drinker and life was a struggle all my life. I worked as a waiter,bartender,in shops etc.while i studied. Terrible times.
I got a pre-record deal by universal and got dropped. I lost almost 10 years of music history. Music i could never use again.I was broken and felt into a depression.
I became a teacher in 2011 and it l saved my life. Literally it saved my life.It was the best choice i could ever make in my life!
I saw myself in my students,struggling with the same problems,confronted with life and feeling like i felt.
I saw the hope in their eyes,the feeling of being understood and how i could help changing their life.
I saw the passion for the arts,i saw their passion for growing.
I dedicated my life for people to never feel how i felt.
My Mission is helping people to use their voice as a weapon!

What is your profession? ➡I am a professional studied singer,actress ,Vocal and Drama teacher🎤🎤🎹🎼
I studied in Germany and worked for :stage school,stage coach,On Stage,Universal music etc. as a Vocal and Theater Coach some of my Students went into the THE voice Kids show etc.

That is actually what KZ said when she joined XFactor Phils. She somehow had a condition which affected her vocal or something. She said she used to be a belter too and that condition happened. She wanted to show people a different side of music, different style, etc. That trumpet thing she was soing she said her grandPa taught her that. A genius!!! I think in the songs the she sings she is very much involved in the arrangement and how it should go. Great talent and a real pride. I clicked like when you said it is not about who can belt it out or can sing higher notes, and all. Sometimes it is all about that laid back where people or the audience can connect with the artist. Love that!

Kz won The X Factor Philippines 2012 and yeah that's KZ she once said that she wanted to tell the world that in a competition it's not all about belting, for her she wants to sing and tell a story in her singing (with so much emotion)

I grew up with the Carpenters. For me, Karen Carpenter had one of the greatest voices in history. However, I must say that KZ not only did this classic song justice, she also showed off more amazing talents! This jazzy arrangement was absolutely beautiful!

I like KZ's performance very much and so with your reaction and your commentary about belting in singing, you're very right about this and that's the reason why I love KZ, she doesn't have to belt out to please people.

Hi Tania, I loved, loved, loved this, isn't it classic, cabaret/jazz style just her and a piano this time, another feather in KZ's repertoire. Agree that there is no need to have that constant belt and trills. Bring it back and be laid back as it then shows who can and cant truly sing/perform. Loved your comments and personally I think this young lady is world class. For you information just before she started the sax solo she paid tribute to her lolo, grandfather for teaching her how to sound like the saxaphone.
That was a trumpet sound not saxophone.

Karen Carpenter's version of Close to You is one of those songs that I never thought another performer could equal and KZ did it. And that muted trumpet is stunning. Her talent is just never ending.

KZ is a musician ! Yes, She knows more about music in playing musical instruments and in singing solo and even with a group she knows how to blend and harmonize well! In fact. she's also much more of a singer who knows not only singing but also recreating songs in different genres. With her style using her strengths and her hidden talent the best of her being musician is her human musical instrument " sounding trumphet or saxophone with her mouth". She 's always amazing !

It is her doing the saxophone because you slightly see her vocal cords reacting to it you can also see as her voice slightly vibrates while she is doing the saxophone sound and it shows that she is not moving a lot so she could focus on the saxophone sounds she stops moving rather she takes more effort so that’s how you know that it is actually her
