Another thing you can do similar to this is you can get a Lollipop and put instead of the half of the tissue on the lollipop put the whole thing then you can make the face and all that. Then stick it in your plant

Don't use hot glue. Waste of glue. Just stuff the tissue and tie it off like people have been doing for decades. This is a very old decoration.
