Ollie Ollie ... it was an F5 here. I believe the first time she sang it, it was in a much lower key but here at the beginning she even said “ooh that’s high” and continued singing in that key so the original D5 became an F5 in this one... which is beyond impressive. Singers usually can’t sing songs in original keys as the years go by but she completely nailed this higher key and hitting that F5 with utmost power.
Whilst Jennifer doesn't have the awards like other major artists, she is one of those singers, rare might I add, who doesn't need accolades to show how stunning her voice is- it shows for itself. & thats that 😊

I am so proud of her and she remains an inspiration to me.

That band! I know they've all played with the biggest artists over the years but they are amazing. The MD Dave even answered some of my questions and said how he loves these impromptu songs with Tom and Jennifer.. he gets them and what they need and they have so much respect for his knowledge and ability. Incredible.
jennifer should be a bigger star than she currently is - she is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! i love her. I wish I could sing like her... or just 5% of her talent!!

It wasn't scripted.I spoke to David the MD and he says he lives for moments like this ..when these icons turn to him ans want to sing. And the way he just gets Jennifer and Tom and plays these songs in the perfect key for them is equally I incredible
I don't think it was scripted. Because from the full episode, there was actually a contestant auditioned with this same song Impossible Dream, but in Frank Sinatra version. I think JHud picked this song from the selection of previous auditions, because she knew the band was already prepared on the arrangement.
