A judgement satisfies one side, and dissatisfies the other side. There is ample scope in our judiciary to challenge the said judgement if dissatisfied.

If there is only 1 interpretation then who will decide which one is that.we are evolving society the interpretation that worked 50 yrs ago might not be that relevant today. Change is a function of time we cannot always revolve around a fixed point like "lever" that's why provision of judicial review and amendments is given in constitution and also the doctrine of basic structure so that no blind amendments can be done .btw I am khstriyaa😉
