Good update..i have been hearing about okpoko, seeing it for the first time. Snice surbob. But one one thing i observed about Anambra state building planning and roads is that people encroaches much close to the gutter. Will it not be better if govt will give an other that aftet any gutter that there must be 1 or two meters before any building 🏢. That space can serve as a walkway,cos what i can see here is that pedestrian and cummuters struggling to use one road. Another one is,when will anambra state govt start sweeping 🧹 our roads with machine ,i mean sweeping off sand on our roads,with that it will give our roads good radiance.
My question goes like these who is constructing these roads in okpoko is it local or state government or private person, because the roads is too narrow upon that the drainage system looks like the one a house owner would normally build inside compound.
Oba is a neighbouring town to Obosi. The expressway passes through Oba. For the mid road barriers, that is the way we see it. I don't know why is like that.
Our leaders are not trying . All this road sopos to wide a little and remove all this shops with batcher,s so that in future new building will be coming up area will be developing gradually with enough space in the road....... In our land people that don't have any thing in dear Head will dragging to govern but day don't have anything to offer to the people
Yes, many viewers are saying that the roads are supposed to be wider. But just like the video said, shops were demolished before that spaces you are seeing came out. Then there is nothing wrong in demolishing to get the standard roads if the owners of the building encroached.
imagine building a new Eko city of igboland here but a bad government is killing us if okpoko can be well build it can be one of the best city in Nigeria because the buildings there are of low budget can be easily paid an demolished to rebuild a better home to ndigbo
