I had to listen to this song well after seeing the live performance. Deep lyric!!! 10 years but still relevant to the current situation in the world!!!!
Kenyan here. I wish Ghana understood the real value of Manifest, I hate the way he is underated continent wise. His art, intelligence, lyricism... I also wish I understood Ghanaian pidgin English. I know Madina is Manifest's neighbourhood. What does "I dey for u" mean in plain English? Respect to this Ghana star.
@@francisyeboah8697 I listen to the great rapper Manifest daily mate. I've known his music for years. If Ghana has been propping him up, why isn't he bigger than he is? We are ready to claim him here in the East. I will start telling people Manifest is a Kenyan, just based in Accra, Ghana. It fills me with shame to see what the continent does to great artists.
I randomly happened to have bumped into this track on my playlist and I tell it got itself replayed for like the whole day (literally) 😜 I just loved errtin about it; beat, lyrics, chorus...need j say more?
I LOVE M.ANIFEST. I have my favorite song I play no matter what. And now watching this.. boom, BEAUTIFUL. Beautiful M.anifest. YOO.. wonderful job with the folks I know you work well with.. you have that humble spirit and always bring folks together. I love you Man. And I love your Music. MUCH.
Well, perhaps it's his style of delivery that is reminiscent of Wyclef...I'm Haitian and I also live in Ghana...so that might be influencing it too..lol! But I bought the album...not bad...solid beats
lol I see, nothing wrong with a little Wyclef influence. I'm Caribbean as well so I think it's dope how seeing we all have that Afro-Diasporic connection it fuses somewhere between Afro-American, Afro-Caribbean and West African culture.
This song got me to follow you and to settle for nothing else. After you compose it I realize Ghana has a lot on its table when it come to Rap music simply because you are the only one in your category.... Respect
