I showed a polled Hereford. He was insane little steer. I fell and scraped my knee and hands on my first show, then my last show he was 1,380 lbs and stood on top of my rain boots and smashed my foot.
I had an angus steer when I was a kid. I didn't have electricity in my barn at home, but I would take a battery powered radio out every day to get him used to noise. I didn't think about the lights. He freaked out, ripped the palm of my hands open and knocked me down. It certainly isn't like walking a dog, is it. Lol
Beautiful steer and you did a great job showing him
Beautiful example of animal husbandry in America. So proud. Congratulations, Ryder!
Congratulations Ryder!!! Meadow is so proud of you 😊🥰
