It sounds like they asked for a replacement in hopes they wouldn't deliver and then jumped the gun and bought a different dress.
exactly!
When she purchased the new dress from a different store she should have let the defendants know, that she no longer wanted the dress.
Yup it's that simple.
She wants the money she spent on the original dress 🙄
@@tochbandai6609she only paid the deposit, which was non refundable - she isn't getting that back lol
well you have to understand a wedding is a magical time a time when everyone put down their problems and a nice prince come along and saves the poor women so when stuff like this happens all the common sense goes down the drain. let not bring up any negativity here such as 70% divorce rates.
Bridezilla and momzilla. Dramatic asl. 😂😂😂
both absolutely insufferable
I feel bad for the groom lol.
That store owner is dying she can't speak 😂
Lmmfao 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 yessss she's itching too talk
@@ericawilliams6900yes BC the Duaghter is a complete liar
😂😂😅
@@adventuresconjuanfortunately JJ is a human lie detector so the defendant doesn't have to address the lying lol
Think she ripped it when trying it on. No normal person would see rips in a bridal dress before putting it on and say NOTHING to the store immediately. They would already know it would need to be exchanged and would be very upset so why would they try it on at all? Nope..this bride tore it.
I noticed that, too. She was lying when she said she saw the rips before trying it on. Who the heck would do that? A sane person would point out the rips before trying it on and then discuss replacement options. She didn't like it, it didn't fit, whatever, but she definitely was looking for an out.
NOBODY brought up weight ! Only y’all weird people who don’t have pictures up lol shocker! The dress shop owner is literally said she tugged to hard that was it so uh yea let everybody in the comments, see both of your bodies before trying to comment on hers
Exactly
Correct. If she saw the rip before she tried it on, it would be umbelievable that the store manager did not see the rip. A manager won’t hand you a ripped dress to try.
@BeautyIsHerName27 you brought up weight. I didnt. Nobody in these comments did. I'm sure she was the weight she was when she ordered the dress. It looked nice on her in the pic. Chill.
I smell a bridezilla that changed her mind on a dress she ordered months before, or no longer fit inside the dress she was measured for months before.
Facts.
yah, she was clearly busting out of that dress
@@citytrees1752The pics in the first one definitely were not flattering, so I think she gained weight and didn't want to admit it.
@@citytrees1752 Emphasis on "bust."😅
A bespoke bridal gown that the defendant outgrew between paying the deposit and receiving the dress.
I so love how the HUSBANDS always stay clear of all this Drama
The husbands get their fair share of drama later on.
He wasn't there to begin with so why come. The court pay their expenses to come so they maybe tell them bring the actual witness. Although most cases people bring people who won't there
I'm not the husband but this case annoyed me 😅😅
THIS 🙌🏾😅
She (Defendant) keeps wanting to tell her story and JJ isn't having any of it.
The bride tore the dress. They seem like difficult people to deal with and I don’t think they would try the dress on if it already had rips in it
I feel bad for store owners with customers like these
Drama queens . . Her Husband is certainly in for a ride of his life. . .
2019, they would be well and truly divorced by now.
If it lasts
Mum looks like she never smiled in her life, and daughter is following the same route.
Thought the same thing- miserable looking people causing issues for others. Misery loves company is a saying for a reason.
JUDGE JUDY SHOULD ASK WHAT SIZE HER NEW DRESS WAS 😮
Yes she should have ask what were the sizes of both dresses
Yes!! Would love to see the measurement comparisons!
You right! I bet was at least two sizes bigger
It's killing me that nobody is bringing up the sizes.
Bingo
The shop owner interrupting is ANNOYING lol but I guess she wants to explainnnnn
I agree! And when it is her turn to talk she talks too much and too fast. It seems like she is winning the case so far so she should just only answer what Judge Judy asks her. And her constant smirking is annoying too. lol
The dress looked tight, but since the plaintiff didn't say anything about the defendant's fitting being wrong, I think she added 5-7 lbs and taxed the stitches in that delicate fabric to the point of failure. In any case, she should have told the bridal shop she bought a new dress elsewhere.
The theatrics of the mom and daughter when telling a story. "Oh my gosssh, I'm soooo sorrrryy..... Hold on, another customer came in; can you wait two minuteesssss.... I can return your dress but I'll have to do paperwoorrrrkkk."

Defendant: “sowhathappenedwasmegancalledmeathomeandletmeknowwhatwashappening-“
Jj:”Don’t.”
Lmaoo
Honestly why didn’t she just say it was too small. Like it’s ok. Girl the dress didn’t fit not the end of the world. We’ve all been there and squeezed into something. Then you hear that rip sound and panic. She could’ve just been honest
Are the plantiffs lying about everything or is it just me?
They are about the communication. The mom said that she didn't hear back from them until 3 weeks later, then the defendant brought out the evidence that they contacted them the same day and 4 days later. Then mom says that they didn't contact her again, then said they contacted her on the 13th, which was 2 days later. Lady can't keep her story straight.
@@jedimasters1462here’s the deal…why not call them then?
she changed her mind and wanted the different dress design.
It sounds like she gained weight due to over eating during the wedding planning and she blew out the dress. The bride tore the dress.
Where did you get overeating? How do you know she didnt get pregnant or have a medical condition? She definitely gained weight but how do you know from what? 😂 people are so dense thinking the only way people gain weight is from eating 😂
@@danielleabramovich8062 LOL Must it is over-whelmingly the most common method of gaining weight. Perhaps you should calm the eff down. For real. And yes, people really ARE DENSE.
@@danielleabramovich8062I think she would have mentioned that she was pregnant or had a medical condition to JJ.
@@danielleabramovich8062 Oh please... 'medical condition'.. yah the medical condition is more fat cells from overeating. She knew she got a man locked up with a contract, commence letting her body go.
@@danielleabramovich8062that’s fatphobia for you
There isn't much air left in a room when that mom and daughter are present.
Defendant in the black tank really wants to talk.😂
You can tell the plaintiff's mother has a natural frown. Probably from being so disagreeable during her life.
The bride knows she gained weight and tore the original dress while trying it on. She's trying to get over on the store.
Defendant hasn’t been able to talk and is so eager to talk. 😂
Uff her husband isn’t gonna last 2 years 😂
Less than six months if she likes to be on top.
Why would she try it on with rips especially If it was so expensive ?! Just make the rips worse ! Doesn’t make sense
I have the feeling her husband was drunk before the show.
If I married her, I'd stay drunk. 😊
I have a feeling he was drunk when he proposed!!!
She got a larger dress!!
Wedding dress owner looks like Tina Fey, without glasses.
I thought she looked more like Jenny Slate 🤔
And honestly that material is VERY delicate I had a dress like that I had to have someone help me get in it to ensure I didn’t rip it so I know she tried it on and ripped it then because designers and merchants aren’t selling ripped clothes and if it is they will offer to fix it in situations like this and honestly she looked stuffed in the dress
Like a sausage in its casing.
The Chicago accent is strong with these ladies.
Daaaaaa Bears!
I thought I was hearing Michigan or Wisconsin or Minnesota. lol 03:46 "on" I hear it now
It’s a Texas accent
Omg, where’s Part 4 😂😂😂
Yessssssss😂
@@Queen_radz just watched Part 4. We were all too fast against the uploader and very eager. 😅
I'm too early 😭 I need part 4 now
Me too! I was looking for it and didn’t realise it was newly uploaded until I read your comment
Yes. Waiting for part 4. Please add
Why would they do that they should put all the episodes out and now having to wait for the conclusion. Smh
The constant smirk on the defendant is so annoying, not to mention her need to summarize every piece of evidence like JJ is too simple minded to read it herself. I must add that the plaintiff really messed up IMO by admitting she saw the rip but still tried it on. If I saw damage, I would've immediately bought it to the attention of the employee.
In my 72 yrs been married twice first dress was not a wedding dress cost 35.00 second wedding still not a wedding dress and cost 60.00 no drama either wedding
Definite Bridezilla in action here. Would have been awful to deal with and the hubby should see this as a red flag if they're not already divorced.
the mom looks like this >:C the whole case
She gained weight, couldn’t fit the dress, she busted out the dress, the store tried to be nice and cover for her and filed a claim with the designer, the designer said “Aht aht! Not so fast!”, the store has to take an L on the dress. And then ride still tried to sue. “No good deed goes unpunished…”
Megan the assistant is a class act ❤ She handled herself well
The plaintiffs are grating my LAST NERVE
She looks exactly like her mom
Why wud a wedding dress ripped so easily that’s my concern !!
Imagine sitting … dancing
It's that type of netting fabric. It's so sheer as to seem invisible in certain lighting. It makes the bride look and feel like the visible parts of the gown are being supported magically. Ya know, like a Disney Princess.
bride grew two sizes bigger when waiting for it to come in. wants to put the blame on everyone else besides herself.
Shhh, just a sec 😂😂😂 ILJJ❤
The constant smirking from the defendant is annoying me. 🤣🤣
Mom was making it her wedding
Good grief
Neither party is reliable. They shouldn’t have agreed to replace the dress if they weren’t responsible for the damage. Bride should have been honest about no longer wanting the dress after it came with an issue. The shop owner was hoping to do a quick flip while the bride was hoping they’d mess up again so she could get a different dress. They were trying to play each other.
Daniella=Bridezilla. Along with motherzilla
She got bigger. She ordered a dress in a bigger size…
chop chop video boy
I wish they would've compared dress sizes. The ripped one should also have been a size 12 because that is what size she ended up wearing at her wedding according to that invoice lol. She ripped it.
She's an easy 14 at least.
What's more important? The marriage or a dress?
The dress. At least the joy of that will last lol 😝
The plaintiff purchased a different dress from somewhere else, BUT never mention that the new dress size is most likely bigger
If the store owner could not get with her right away and I mean like 48 hours, about when her new dress would arrive, she did need to order a new dress or she may have nothing for her wedding. You must be proactive.
Plaintiff is 100% shady.
This plaintiff is something else
Im getting Final boss Karen and her sidekick in training vibes
I don’t know why older people don’t understand you can’t lie when something is text or emailed you said several weeks later and here we have June 7th and June 11th
Did anyone see that they spelt "email" wrong on the paperwork lol
🫣 Wedding cases, government assistance, and no insurance cases ALWAYS LOSE. Dont bring these cases to JJ‼️
Illinois accents are fun! 🍿
Its a stressful time when u planning a wedding but going to court for this is ridiculous
Her eyebrows are so high 😂
Judge Judy is a diva😂
JJ should have asked what the 2 sizes were , she gained weight and tore dress
What happeded to part 4? what was the outcome??????? I hate this!
Theyre posted 30 minutes apart. Same as everyday since this channels inception.
Someone’s new
@MoistNasa, yep, definitely new.
Ooof not a good break for the bride, part 4 going to be a pot burner !
Wouldn't it be hilarious if the man left the bride for the dress lady. I mean dam lol.
Go JJ!
These two self righteous women who misremember ... constantly. are somewhat annoying, my girlfriend is laughing her ass off. The consensus is, if you see something is ripped before trying it on with that kind of transparent , lacey, delicate fabric, no woman with (unflattering remarks) lets just say a logical mind, is not going to squeeze into it making it 10 times worse. ... And oh yes, my girlfriend's words, if you are going to get measured for a dress, make sure you do all the tasting before, not after... YIKES!
0:46 Is that Carl from the movie "UP"?
I will never get married
Sorry, but her moms mouth is giving.. ☹️ and I can't stop laughing.
These wedding dresses are rediculous
Poor guy who married her
Several is not the same as three.
They're all crazy.
Maybe she did not see it was ripped and only when she put the dress ?
Who tries on a ripped dress? You know you will be blamed if you try it on so you go and show them without putting it on. To me that shows she ripped the dress, and it did look a little tight from the pictures, still very beautiful on her though.
Bridezilla or legit complaint?
🦖
I think it's a legit complaint. Megan took her picture trying to place the blame on the bride.
Bridzilla mom
At first, I was confused. Now... Bridezilla, all the way.
I vote bridezilla. Did you see her in that dress in the pic it looks crazy tight she probably ripped it putting it on and is trying to save herself
Egads, like mother like daughter. Bridezilla!
The only thing that bothers me is “emial” spell check PLEASE!!!
I call BS 2:03
The plaintiffs are awful
Why get a new dress? They couldn’t fix it or anything?
Weddings are an absolute waste of money altogether and never is it to the interest of the male, considering it’s a normal marriage. A piece of legal paper in the end to earn the title of homemaker lol
And a means to keep courts more busy for nonsense lawsuits. Lol
I wouldn’t have even tried n a damaged dress, i would have said straight away its ripped so they couldn’t say i did it
Bottom line is plaintiff was too heavy for the dress … the pix of danielle w it on are awful - stuffed sausage
she ripped it while trying it on - it’s so obvious
hopefully the groom to be ran fast and far away -
Karen and Karen jr ( slippery plaintiffs ) are nasty inside and out 🤮
Owners seem a bit smug
I am beginning to think the main problem here is Dragon Mamma and she wasnt interested in any resolution, just in having a fight over it combined with their entitlement to get an answer in 5 minutes doubt anything would please her Did this wedding go ahead because groom to be you are getting Madame Malcontent in the package too
The mother has a permanent frown 🙁
karens spotted
I would never deal with the owner of that store because they lied about the dress, which is supposed to be able to handle dancing, hugs, and getting in and out of vehicles.
these 4 women are tedious.
Do you not notice the smirk on the store owners face since the case started ? She looks like a total Karen !!
Yesss
her smugness was annoying
Drama Queens
I cant stand the smirks on the defendants faces.
Same. Not sure what that's about
@@Solohiker213It’s because they know the plaintiff ripped the dress trying it on because she piled on the pounds between the first fitting and the final gown try on. She can’t bring herself to tell them that though 😂
My tux was a rental. my EX tried to claim her dress, when we got divorced. SHE CHEATED !
Whats wrong with her asking for her wedding dress? It's her dress.she can sell it.
@@Daveopinion #1 she asked for everything... #2 the lawyer & judge said no. So it wasn't my decision... #3 she donated it years prior, and she wanted the $ for it. when I bought it to begin with. ANY MORE QUESTIONS ?
