While this scenario is unrealistic, there is a real story out there. A girl, who's parents are biologists, raised her in Africa at a research site. They studied Apes and monkeys in the wild. The girl grew up with them as her playmates and chased them among her childhood. When they left Africa and returned home an amazing thing was noticed. She missed her time playing in the trees and went to a rock climbing wall where she climbed faster than any of the pro climbers. Apparently all those years in the trees caused the structures in her hands and body to adapt to the climbing. She had no equal because to her, it was just natural!
