As a Saints and TCU fan I shouted when they picked him, what a pick he is perfect for New Orleans
Kendra Miller is an explosive running back! He's 6'0 220 pounds, so he's not a small back.... he's like a shifty power back; with break away speed( football speed). Very rare talent... He has vision with cutting ability and that jump cut in transition is nasty. This guy is going to be special in the NFL... Saints gotta good one!

That no catching cat really said that? He's been compared to Jamaal Williams who we just picked up from Detroit.. While Tulanes Tajea Spears was compared to CJ Spiller and Kamara.
Seems like Spears was the guy we needed to compliment Williams and send AK on his way after his no doubt year-long suspension.

u got it right. he is my no.4 rb just behind roshon johnson. one of my favorite rb tape i watched. i love those kind of backs that just flows . very beautiful. alvin kamara - rachaad white alike.
He reminds me of kamara in the open field with the way he makes a 5 yard run into 25 because of his balance vision and poise. All that as a 20 year old is so rare

it might just be the arm tape, but it really looks like he’s got the same type of smooth, effortless running style that kamara has. great balance and vision. not as much of a forward lean when he runs, but he seems to make defenders slip off of him in a similar fashion

The saints had a wonderful draft. Drafting guys to hopefully take over for Cam jordan (Bresee, Foskey) and then u got Kamara (MILLER TIMEEEE!!!) WHO DAT!!!
Plus that 6th rd WR could be a steal too. Wonderful draft by the Saints.
I have a feeling that he might become our #1 back..can't wait !

As it stands Kendre Miller is not the same caliber back as AK and he’s gonna learn fast that theirs levels to this. Not* taking anything away from Miller, but if you pay attention to the tape, that offensive line was superb. Half of his runs on this tape looks like he was barely touched

AWESOME PICK and video. I love all the picks the Saints took in the draft and the undrafted players at the end. But, I especially like Miller, Haener, Bresee and Foskey, as well as Perry. They were all prime choices, even though the grades weren't round one, who cares, Duece McAllister wasn't either, and I could name hundreds more that have turned out to be stars, look at Shaheed, last season was picked up as an undrafted draft player that was going to go home and watch the games on tv, instead he is a star!

I really like him but I wish he would cover that ball up more when he makes contact. In the NFL they will strip that ball if you don't cover it up with both hands upon contact.

Based on his NFL preseason debut and injury status and this film, Kendre Miller might be a bust. He's probably a Kenyan Drake at best who can only find success with good blocking schemes from the oline. He looks a little lazy and shys aways from contact. Might not be the best fit for NO. I actually picked up Tony Jones Jr over Miller who was still available this weekend. Jones seems tougher. Hopefully my assessment is right.
