I have this in my natal chart. However my own interpretation makes more sense than the Vedic one here given . My mother never once left her area, she married and moved to a village less than few km away and didn’t go anywhere her whole life. My own interpretation is that ketu with moon (mother) takes u away from the mother (moon) and siblings (3rd house) which is exactly what happened in my case.
