Excellent video. I have a test on this today in my college class and as much as much as I think my professor is an excellent teacher...he just was not explaining this particular subject to where I could understand it. Now I get it. Thank you

I'm glad it helped. If you don't mind my asking, what was the assignment?

I'm trying to figure if my manager is hiring equally. I only have the 5 years he has been their and the breakdown or employees hired by race 19 Caucasian, 13 Hispanics, 8 African Americans and 2 Pacific Islanders. Having problem figuring out if adverse impact exits. Thanks

Sorry for the delay in responding. If the only data that you have is the number and race of the people hired, it isn't really possible to do a good analysis. You would also need to know the number of type of people who applied. I don't think you have enough information.

Why does the number of females hired change from 4 to 3? Is it a typo or there is something behind it?

Hi Andy, can you give me the time stamp so I can review? Thanks!

Hi Nancy, Please view @ 3:35-3:50. Also, why do we do 0.8 once we have 25%? Thank you in advance!

Nancy Bereman @3:36 it states 4 females hired, in the very next slide, around 3:55, the slide then states 3 are hired.

Rob Shepherd My apologies!!... the 4 is a typo. I have added an annotation to the slide to indicate that. Very sorry!!
