there is sadly nothing on top of the company building there is however and easter egg underneath all you need to do is go about halffway down the staircase at the company building underneath and the jump off to the side onto the scaffolding and youll see a big tank that need 2 power cores from a moon .... and some codes to type in
Delirious already knows about the Easter Egg. Also it isn't functional yet. Power cores can't be connected to it and the codes don't yet exist
