sir as per your explanation if oil temperature rises above 200 then hydrogen gas will produce but generally OTI tripping is much more lower. Please clarify this.

Actually this temperature generally occurs near the hotspots present inside transformer windings or if any kind of internal short circuit occurred. This local temperature is not sufficient to increase the whole transformer oil temperature as transformer is equipped with oil cooling mechanism through radiators. So, the purpose of OTI does not fit in this scenario.
