    worked SO well!! i slept like a baby, but remember to set an alarm yall, i woke up like 10 mins later than I was supposed to since I was in such a deep sleep 😭

    me awake at 7 in the morning with no sleep… i usually don’t sleep until 10 am or something, but yesterday i couldn’t sleep all day until 6 pm. i NEED to get my sleep schedule together it’s been a year lol. hope everyone here gets a good rest 💘

      you can listen to any subliminal for however long you want. honestly just one listen will benefit you anyway. you don’t have to believe it will work after any number of listens (because it will work no matter what), but it definitely helps to put faith, belief, and trust into subliminals.
