Truly inspiring and very nicely explained 🤗 clearing DJS is an achievement but doing it with just about 2 months preparation is “setting an example for many”.
Madam, Heartiest congratulations. Madam, my son is also interested. Whether candidates with BA + LLB or BA LLB (after admission through CLAT) ; any one can take this Judicial Service exam.As my son is now taking his Class XII exams. After this, we are planning for CLAT exam. Madam, one more thing ; whether BA LLB (after admission through CLAT) is eligible for Civil Services IAS exam. Thanks.
Hello. I will suggest you to firstly be thorough with the bareacts. If you do not understand a provision you can read from any basic book like S.N. Misra for IPC, Takwani for CPC, Kelkar for CRPC, Batuk Lal for Evidence, Paras Diwan for Family Law, for other subjects bareacts will suffice. I will also suggest reading A.K. Jain’s books for every subject for revision. It covers the syllabus well. You can also rely only on them if you have a strong understanding of the fundamentals of law. For G.K. , various books are available in the market like arihant or lucent’s gk. I read the latter. For current affairs, you can read monthly magazines like competition wizard, gk today or pratiyogita darpan. Your english can be improved by reading newspaper daily or by going through essays in grammar books for senior schools students. You can also practice writing an essay/translation/precis once a week
You can get books for both preliminary and mains. I had Singhal’s with solved papers for prelims and Singhal’s unsolved one for mains. Mains solved papers can be found in Shailendra Malik’s book which is recommended by many other candidates though I couldn’t lay my hands on it.
