Republic of Artsakh is not member CSTO. Simply Nagorno-Karabakh is not Armenia within internationally recognized borders.
This organization exists and adheres to interests for the benefit of the Russian Federation, all the countries of Central Asia are actually countries that are completely and completely dependent on the Russian Federation
it was peacekeeper not war they have rule it's not like nato if someone attack all members going respond
