Even though it would be advisable of Ezviz to just have the advanced options available out of the box, at least this tutorial did allow me to access advanced features. I got a little unstuck at the end when it said to paste the new configaration over the old one, what I did was delete to old app configaration, then I made the screen page smaller so that I could slide the new app configaration icon from the desktop into the old folder. It worked for me, and I have now reduced the microphone sensitivity so that cars do not make a screachign sound when passing.
I can't use a micro sd card to record images or videos, keeps saying not formatting, goes to 32% the freezes,tried 3x different sd cards, never worked, i dont want subscription,help contact saying i need to use a laptop, which i don't have.
This does not work on any version of Eziviz software that I tried. Why can't you just put the feature back in? It seems like you guys cut features with every update.

Doesnt work with DP2 2K, its incredible you dont assist with RTSC on this camera.... i think the better way is change this camera to another from different company...
Why making this so complicated instead of just adding the Advanced settings option into the software? I just installed my first EZVIZ camera yesterday and I'm disappointed how fewer the settings are in EZVIZ Studio compared to phone App. You can't change almost anything with PC studio, and when u try to setup Motion Detection area, it will show you some old picture that your camera took during first initial startup and not the current one.
Because these people suck! This software gets worse and worse with nearly every update. I regret buying into this brand. If you have not yet, buy something else!

Why don't you allow permissions if you are going to instruct us on how to do something! Hands down the worst product i have ever bought..should have gone with ring.. people vanish mid video , videos dont play back.. bollocks and expensive bollocks at that.

It says they are suppose to be on the same lan, but what if they are in the same network but not same lan as all is connected via wifi
