I have some issues with my english since despite i understand a lot XD my grammar and maybe the way i use my english is quite weird or even wrong sometimes for those who has strict taste :'( I just mix up all the english in my mind i end up with a british/american/irish english hehe (BTW: i am NOT a native english speaker and i learned by myself watching movies and reading brandon Sanderson books lmaooo it's pure instinct the way i talk and write, i have no idea abt structures :') You think i'd be able to pass the exam or i'm screwed) tysm For this! i'll keep watching your videos :D

Although I have a video on it already, the most important thing is to speak as much as you can in uncomfortable situations. Try to record videos consistently and look out for different red flags. Yes, any customer facing role is beneficial.
The word operational requirement overrules max hours but I myself have done 140+ in a month. They manage it yearly by giving you less flights and more standby duties if required or start overtime to balance the requirement. 1200 approx yearly including 30 days leave and all the trainings and 8 days minimum off a month.
