Having recently experience a 7 hour powerful Kunadli ( life force) on a 10 day Vipassana meditation retreat I am looking to open my Chakra’s. My root is blocked. I love sound and singing. My mind has been singing Luther vandross to me telling me to use sound. His voice is pitched at the root vibration. This connects immediately to my pain in my lower back. Very powerful
