I think the blue shadow makes your green eyes pop. I love colorful shadows in the summer. It adds a vibrancy to someone’s look especially if they’re wearing color. Neutrals are waiting for us in the fall 😂
I know I have said this before but I really like your eye looks. They are simple but really nice and bring your eyes out. I am over complicated eye looks that require 85 colors and an art degree, plus so many brushes to wash. But the blue here is very nice.

I have my own rules so everything I use 1x and then level 1 is 10x level 2 is everything twice and 20 and then level 3 is 3x and 30 and I am learning that my rules are hard for me even. I am stuck on level 2 and level 3 simultaneously and it's been a while but once I finish then I can roll in something for level 1 again. Next year the rules for me are going to be different as I clearly challenged myself! Make rules that work for you!
Chicgeek does project level up by usage. So level 2 would be use every shade 2 times and 2 shades 20 times - level 3 use all shades 3 times and 3 shades 30 times. I think that’s still a challenging way for this project for slow planners (me)

If you use the darker shades as eyeliner (Using an angled brushes) I find it easier / quicker to hit pan that way
