I just like how Anupam sir listens to each pitch carefully and writes important points down. He also asks all questions related to business and if he wants to reject the offer, he is the last one to do it, after knowing everything!

Shark Tank India's judges are simply amazing. Just imagine the level of investments if Kunal Shah joins in.
Ashneer did a great job by taking 10 percent equity from this guy and also giving a good stake to each shark independently else it would be very difficult individually to settle for this much stake hold of the company.

The point that once the buyers and sellers know each other, they won't be using the yarn bazaar's platform makes a lot of sense. In India, people prefer long time business contracts and would want to do away with the commission charges.
Business opportunities:
1. Data : Currently this sector is highly unorganized. By getting vendors, small or big , Yarn Bazaar will have access to market(Supplier , buyer, manufacturer etc) details along with transactional level details. I haven't registered on their app but I am sure they would be offering commission free transactions to new customers to lure them. Once they have the data they can actually use it to control the market. (Long term strategy, plus Yarn Bazaar will have the first mover advantage).
2. Financing: Yarn Bazaar can tie up with lending companies and offer Finance to small manufacturers and make money out of it.
3. Focus on Vertical Integration ( e.g. Arrow electronics)
