Try using a stand mixer/hand mixer for shredding your chicken! Put it in the bowl and turn it on and it shreds the meat beautifully!!!. And it saves your hands!!!. Love your channel the recipes are fantastic!!!.😃😘

This chicken enchilada recipe is as you would say, “super delicious!!!” I had to cut back to 2 Serrano peppers (seeds removed) and 1 Chile de Arbol (those suckers are hot, and I like spicy!!!) This, like sooo many of your recipes, is a winner winner chicken dinner!!! Keep up the amazing work!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
