There’s something about that old Yamaha that brings a smile to my face. Considering how overpowered the can-ams are, it handled the trails better then I thought.
Honda 200m three wheelers would be a lot better and more reliable
It's not about the size of the bike, it's about the heart of the driver.
Im always impressed when "lesser built" bikes go through the holes I go.
I'm the same way anyone can spend 20 grand to make a machine go thru every hole easy. I get impressed when I see a 500$ wheeler do what people are doing on 20k setups

I’m not knocking the badass modern can ams, but I absolutely love this video, I’ve got an old 250 big red and that thing amazes me every time I take it out, underpowered, crappy tires, and still goes freaking anywhere. And I live in the florida swamps, can’t beat an old trike man😊
That was my first machine a little 110 big red ATC with balloon tires LMAO....6 yrs old it still was some of the best yrs tearing up our pits on that thing...awsome memories!!

I had that same bike many years ago. Best wheelie machine ever. Really light front end. Would go anywhere you drag it. Floats good, I've floated mine thru a pond or two. Lotta fun but, Little rough on a big trip though

John Deere used to make the 4x5 Gator. They are not the most maneuverable since you have 4 balloon tires on solid axles pushing on a single wheel. There was a single seat bike style with handlebars, and I've driven the bench seater which has a triangle shaped bar steer.

I have an idea. Buy an old long track sled and replace the skis with wheels and make the whole thing mud and water sealed and put a snorkel kit on it. You could make a mudding snowmobile. Its a bit ambitious but that would be a sweet project build

Just my opinion, but I think when people run fancy modified wheelers thru mud I just dont consider it mudding. Just not enough challenge in my opinion but then again I am stuck in the past and love my classics like that yamaha 3 wheeler and my many 80s Honda 3 wheelers and 4 wheelers.Keep making great vidyas and I'll keep watchin!

great video watched it till the very end and loved it ! i am a huge trike guy and the main thing with the Yamaha three wheelers is the motor position. it is very far back compared to the other brands that is why they are a little more tippy but certainly fun to drive ! nothing better than the trikes in my opinion.

I remember when I was 10 years old to drive trike 200cc.. never get stuck and float (I was weight like 80lbs) good times.
