I have two options - taking the parent office pay with deputation allowance OR taking ex-cadre pay in the new office. Sir, I wanted to know what will be my gross salary after pay fixation in the new place of posting? Please explain.

Sir, I have got my MACP from pay level 7 to 8 during 2017. Then during 04.01.2021 I got adhoc promotion at pay level 10. Later w.e.f 5.12.2023, I was regularised at pay level 10 . But no break was there in adhoc promotion and regular promotion. My DNI was 1st July at paylevel 8 before adhoc promotion. How my pay has to be fixed if I give option of DNI in my lower post, when I was regularised at pay level 10. Kindly help sir

Sir, can you make a video for the officers who got ad hoc promotion on 28th December 2018 and got regular promotion on 27th June 2022 (from level 10 to 11). Their earlier date of increment was July. At the time of ad hoc promotion, some of the officers opted for 1 January 2019 as DNI, whereas some officers gave option as 28th December 2018. The officers who opted DNI as 1 January 2019 as presently getting one more increment as compared to the officers who gave option of 28 December 2018. Please do the needful and suggest our option for DNI on regular promotion.

1st of all check your option. at the time when you got your adhoc promotion. it was manadatory for you to get your pay fixed from dt of promotion which now you can revise from back date and take it from dt of next increment. most likely it ll be beneficial for you.
