Walk-in shower kit from Costco = $800
Shower valve kit = $600
Vanity and sink = 500
Vanity faucet = $150
Plumbing materials = $300
Exhaust fan and lights = $200
Ceramics and water seal materials = $1500
Misc 2x4 and denshield boards & screws = $400
Paints = $200
I think I can probably do this reno under budget but it would be really tight budget!
