Hard choice but I think I would pick honor magic 6 pro. It has better chipset, battery, night photography similar. You'll get more software updates on Samsung

At the moment battery life is about 5h screen on time on LTE..I hope the battery is still learning my usage
Few minutes on WhatsApp video and it was quite warm

Thanks for portrait samples! It is rare to see in reviews, mostly there is zero or 1 sample which is not enough to judge skin tones accuracy.
I must say that skin tones got worse in comparison to magic5 pro, it is a shame, wanted to buy it for portrait photography because of big telephoto sensor, but seems like they didn't focus around portraits with software.

The pics and video IMO taken with the Honor 6 Pro are disappointing considering the hardware that it's using. Maybe a software update might improve things. I'm going to return my device as the OnePlus Open takes far better pictures and video

Worse than magic 5. I wanted to buy this honor but the camera dissapoints. Over exposing in selfie videos, too bright colors (more than samsung), the zoom is really bad after 10x and not to mention its zoom stabilisation. DXOMARK is currently hiding the camera score to let Honor fix these issues so they can receive a better score... shame... everything else is awesome about this phone, except the camera...
Having had the Magic 5 pro for almost a year I agree with your review... I'm waiting for Dariusz's face-to-face test with the Vivo x100 pro but from what I see in video and photos of the Honor magic 6 pro I don't like it 😉 but let's wait for the real test... As for Dxomark since the Magic 5 pro I no longer listen to them 😉

The problem with this phone it's that on zoom it's really sht, and also, the updates are really slow.
My Huawei P40 Pro can take video at 15x zoom. Why is this only 10x? I wish Huawei wasn't banned.

on this screen in the sun nothing is visible except fingerprints (unlike an iPhone. Unfortunately, this fact is hidden by all bloggers who received the phone for review
This review is about the camera not the screen. In the direct sun you'll get similar results no matter what phone you using. In fact iPhone has darker display
@@DariuszTech Yes, I understand. I saw enough of beautiful reviews and yesterday I bought this phone to replace my iPhone 15 pro max. But in direct sunlight and even indoors, the screen glares a lot. and in direct sunlight the Honor screen shows nothing at all. but on the iPhone everything is clearly visible. it's a pity. The phone is basically good. but his screen ruins everything.

Selfies are kinda dissapointing...very washed out, not much colour. In selfies with more than 2 people at some distance, some faces couldnt be seen clear enough
