At closer distance are much precisse bullets with flat back/base. At longer distance with boat tail. I know I read somewhere, that world accuracy record (at shorter distance) is set with flat base bullet. It because better stabilisation of bullet after exiting the barrel afected by exiting gases. At longer distance, BT bullet will stabil itself because of its shape. Sorry for my english, but I hope that you understand that 😊 PS: Iam also hunter and I have same results as You in your video, but it still have decent group up to 200m (I use 24"/600mm barrel with 1:10 twist). At Europe hunting distance (about 100m) its precise very well. So its good for hunting from stand somewhere in the forest or at driven hunts when using iron sights. For hunting at greater distances are better bullets from Hornady or Sierra. But if You want to make me favor, try to test those S&B HPC, if You get hands on them 😊 thanks for video!
th-cam.com/video/ZDUL_1vrABI/w-d-xo.htmlsi=16Xnw1HBq8EFCQS0 I found even video with slowmotion how it looks like at muzzle, when those two shapes of bullets exit barrel. So you can understand better what I mean.
I learned something new about bullet profiles, thanks. Indeed, at 100m, when I was zeroing, SB did very well as shown on the video. I will try to find S&B HPC. That will be interesting to test.
They group pretty well up to 100 meters, after that they probably become not stable... But this is not meant to be long range bullet, more of close range hunting.

Thx for the review. Looks like shitty bulk ammo to me. Inconsistent all over the place... and they sell this as hunting ammo...

Normal sellier and bellot group.
Yep. But damn, I am surprised with 100m results

Thanks
No problem
1:12 twist is not good for this weight.
that is true
@@rungunpeppers
I can with this ammo shoot sub-moa with 1:10 twist
at which distance?
180gr 1:12 gun barrel does not work.
180gr is too heavy
Yeah. You are right
Aac 308 all them
Whaaa? :D
Ah. AAC is a brand, got it!
