Your guide really did an amazing job, by taking you around.
Miss trudy... We love you my sister... Love from South Africa
Go go Miss Trudy. Lots of love
I love how you pronounce "Durban"😍
Johannesburg is dominated by Zulus so sawubona is how u greet there but in pretoria you say Dumela which is setswana language
It's Dumela for Sepedi, Setswana and Sesotho. We need to educate foreigners that Zulu is not the face of South Africa. Diversity is
@@ELLIOT8209 I'm sure you wouldn't have minded if she said hello. What's with people being so intimidated or whatever by Zulu, it's def not the "face of SA" but if people want to speak it they can, let them
@@kekeh.5696 No, we also want our cultures to be represented. She can speak whatever she wants and still learn other things. You'd need to intimidate the Indians in Phoenix before you intimidate fellow Africans who want their cultures to be recognized too. That's why I said diversity is the face of our country. You chose to feel some type of way. Bye
Was supposed to be sanibona/sanibonani because you're addressing more than one person.

I love Oprah, she's so connected to the black and I love her for it
@Debby Pumphery lol
Thanks Trudy for touring Pta and I hope you liked it. It can be tiring at times but a job is a job!
Hi Trudy, nice vid, good to see you well and happy, I hope your Dad is fully recovered now. Personally id like to see more of real culture and countryside and amazing creatures found there. Its a huge country with much to offer. Shopping malls are the sam e the world over frankly, same stores in each and have zero cultural content. Once inside you could be in any major city in the world, a cathedral to greed and materialism, but thats just my opinion.
I agree
Mark Roberts I perfectly understand what you saying but this is also another dynamic of Africa which has not been showed to many. You say everywhere you go malls are the same? I bet you have not traveled Africa yet and Wode made a few of those videos you seek.
So What ive been to Africa 5 times. Ive been in malls in Accra and Kumasi, in Ghana. They are ALL the same
Thank you for the beautiful videos
Stay blessed guys❤
Apart from the beautiful city of Pretoria, i find cape being town the best place in SA
Miss Trudy you are getting better n better
hey Ms Trudy, thanks for having visited Pretoria and made this video. I work for the city's tourism promotion office and next time you come we'd like to host you properly for a 2 night/3 day tour of the whole municipal area (including a bit of safari, adventure, gastronomy, pampering etc.) pass my regards to Wode Maya, I've been a fan of his videos from when he was still based in China.
Thank you so much for this video.. it reminded me of when I was there and places you went... good job gal..endelea na kazi poa 🤗 xx
Jakaranda Pretoria beautiful video Miss Trudy 👍👌

I love the natural landscape and nature reserves
This TH-cam channel really is growing!! I’m so glad that you are exploring places outside of Kenya, although Kenya is very beautiful and my home country, there is a lot of other places around the world to explore. Keep up the good work!!!
Visit a town called menlyn, east of Pretoria.

Awesome video , Miss Trudy !!!!!!
I wish I can tag Oprah Winfrey to see this. Don't worry Miss Trudy, your dream must surely come to pass.
She is Amazing love can bring the best out of you.i had when she said I don't know what I was doing maybe I was with wrong people @ Monte casino
oprah owns nothing in pretoria
😍❤️
Great video Trudy stay blessed.
Come to the coast Trudy, PE or Durban, if you come to PE let me know.
I will 😀
loyiso nkwelo or Cape Town lol
Oprah? Really? Not true.Oprah owns a school which is not even in Pretoria. Pretoria is my City and I wish we can tell facts about it. By the way taxis are not the most affordable mode of transport, they are the most accessible and reliable. Metrorail Trains are the most affordable, but Metrorail is notorious for bad services, buses follows train with affordability, but not enough of them.
How many of us love Miss Trudy
👇👇👇👇she is doing great work
All nationality are in South Africa
Waw SouthAfrica is Europe in Africa.
It looks so developed.
It is Africa as it should be when done right. When I landed in September I felt embarrassed that the Whiteman is able to do this in Africa and we blacks in Africa have mostly badly planned cities and towns. That imho is the role of SA... to show the rest of us what is possible
Why not developed???
@@snowball6175 The black man can also do this in Africa all he has to do is
A) Get rid of their 'we are the victims of white colonizers" excuse mentality. The white colonizers left decades ago some countries have had 70 years of independence already.
B) They should put a genuine national effort to build basic infrastructure. It doesn't have to be fancy it just has to be functional with a respectable level efficiency and requires minimum and manageable cost affordable maintenance. This will serve a foundation to build on in the future.
C) Be careful not to accept any help from the Chinese before thoroughly examining any proposals they put in front of you and make sure that there is no possibility of you getting screwed at least 20 years down the line.
D) The most important part of the puzzle, Dump any and all socialist communist economic and political policies down the toilet. They failed in ever country that they were applied in. EMBRACE CAPITALISM TO ITS FULLEST ..like the name says it will be easier to attract investment and generate more capital to build your economy and your country and uplift your people and their general standard of living and improve their quality of life.
First notification gang, hello miss trudy
Notification gang
😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 keep the videos coming girl .
Wow❤️❤️ Please visit Capetown too and show us more about South Africa.
Kindly ask the locals why sometimes there are Xenophobic attacks, and why they attack foreigners.
I love your videos and I hope to visit South Africa soon..
I live in Pretoria. Years ago I actually lived in a flat opposite one of the McDonalds you showed in the video in Arcadia. Menlyn is extremely large, especially after the renovations they did about 3 or 4 years ago. But big malls can be tiring. Pretoria is far more relaxed than Johannesburg.
Miss Trudy, I really love the “Union Building & Pretoria Hotel” owned by Oprah Winfrey.I really love this great video about Pretoria, South Africa in 2020.what’s a great video released in February 2020!
Union building isn't owned by Oprah...Oprah only has girl's school here
The South African capital city of Pretoria is just a remarkable city with many great skyscrapers, stores, restaurants, malls, hotels, etc 2021!
South Africa is safe..just like many countries there are no go areas. Like hillbrow and Berea are no goes!
Haven't been to Berea in years heard its gone a bit rough now.
Also Soweto ,Diepsloot and Alexandra.
We noted you'll started talking internally politics with your boyfriend be advise to get reverent information before you upload your video to avoid conflict. To say black South Africa are poor was very offensive and misinformed.
Statistically that is what it is, most of us know the history of south Africa, it has really come a long way but it's obvious that the next generation will benefit from all the sacrifices made by their black ancestors. Peace
the fact is that they are the poorer
Moddibo distorting fact.
@@bibiayisi4191 but we have 1 of the lowest poverty rates in Africa, we are 'poorer' relative to the whites because they have a western European gdp per capita, but our income is still 1 of the highest in Africa. Why act like the rest of Africa is better, there their countries are rural and agriculture is hard work for little pay
@@soulbi23 they are richer than all other Africans that for sure
Make sure you get to Cape Town...that city is full of history
Now you need to come to city number 3! Durban!💥🌴☀️🚤🏖
Oprah will find this video for sure!
You're doing a great job Trudy❤❤
What, Pretoria is so beautiful
Well done Trudy. I am literally laughing at the Kenyatta and Mandela comparison. I also loved the roast maize. Keep doing more and more videos. Blessings.
Miss Trudy..you know how to girlfriend Maya. Brings that calmness.
😄😄😄
You haven't seen South Africa really that's why you think Pretoria is your favorite place. You've only been there in Pretoria and some parts of Joburg for a week.
They must go to Durban and Cape Town
You and your boyfriend lost me when yall said black south africans are poor after you chose stay and visit white dominated areas. 🙄🙄🙄
When did they implied ALL black south Africans are poor ? stop spreading bullshit
Show us the houses where blacks live like that than
@@mogomotsi6595 Mud houses are the best.
@@mogomotsi6595 "that mean's we live in mud houses too" and what is wrong with mud houses?? Just look at your ridiculous condescending statement. I doubt know who is worse racist whites or people like you ... pathetic
Spha reality is SA is 70% Black and most are poor that's the sad truth. And from the 9% white most are ok, middle class or super rich. Yes there are rich Black people but the truth is,most are very sadly barely getting by.
My hometown!! Yay :) Thanks for making me homesick hehe Literally took me back.
I have been binge watching your videos and its right to say that I love them... I am now a happy subscriber... Thank u miss trudy❤❤❤❤
Miss Trudy really beautiful south Africa , rich and Cowan
Maya & Miss Trudy, Are you guys going to visit Cape Town after you guys shoots this great video 2020...
Oprah does not have properties in South Africa. She only owns a school in Johannesburg. Definitely nothing in Pretoria. Next time, get a South African tour guide. Your guys don't know much about the country.
exactly
There is a lot she explained wrong😒😒
He is South African. And he lived there. Anyway. Am sorry about the wrong information
@@MissTrudyyMiss Trudy, you have nothing to apologize for. You're doing a great job, an amazing job in fact. I am so proud of you and proud of your content. But I think your companions have let you down, and its not your fault cause you did not know. Keep up the good work our beautiful african sister, from a proud South African fan.
African and Proud send her email to be her tour guide
From all the comments I have read from South Africans on Trudy and Wode Maya videos in South Africa, what I have observed is South Africans are super sensitive peoples...Damn!
We just don't appreciate it when people who don't understand the issues we face, structural racism and discrimination we face daily in those high rise corporate buildings, in those awesome colonial universities, come into SA and act like experts, call us lazy, poor and cowards, while they don't see us at street corners in their own countries selling cloth material and doing menial jobs or crime. We prefer to stay in our own country, hustle, and struggle, not go to Nigeria, Kenya or Tanzania and be poor there.
Apartheid is a very sensitive topic here in SA man, you must think carefully before you touch the subject.
S M. From the day u experience racism u will never say that kind of bull**t... U usk American how racism affects their lives...
floyd Light I am living in a country where I experience it everyday...but you Black South Africans are on different level of sensitivity.
Valentino Nkholise I don’t think you are cut out for it...dare you to travel to any of the countries you mention and hustle like the way other Africans in your country are hustling.
