Boiled Chanay= As per your requirement.
Add half tsp of salt and half tsp of cumin seeds, mix and keep aside.
Boiled Aloo= 1 large, chop in cubes.
Add yellow food colour, salt and cumin seeds. Mix and keep it aside.
Meetha Dahi:
3-4 tbsp sugar dissolved in Half cup water.
Add 1 cup yogurt, mix.

Hari Chutney:
1 bunch dhaniya
Half bunch podina
2-3 hari mirch.
Salt, black pepper powder and cumin seeds.
Grind with yogurt, make a chutney like consistency.
Chaat Masala:
Salt
Black salt
Red button chilli
Ginger powder
Kashmiri laal mirch powder/paprika powder
Cumin seeds
Coriander seeds
Mango powder/khatai powder
Grind everything and store.
