Located near the Passaic River close to neighboring Morris County, the Livingston mall serves customers from Essex, Morris and Union counties. The mall is anchored by Macy's and Barnes & Noble.

"Parking on 2 levels". Where is the second level for parking? I went to this mall all the time and it was an outdoor parking lot only.

Both lots are outside which may confuse you to think that it's one lot, the easiest way to think about it would be in terms of macy /sears (when it was open) you can access the parking lot from both floors of the store. The ramps at both ends of the mall disguises the lower and upper level into one lot from the out side. Hope that helps
