I have one doubt... if I had 3 kg cng on my car if I like to refill again its possible or not... it means after my cng completed fully then only I can refill my fuel ah?, pls answer me sir

Brother it's just like other fuel, you can easily refill your CNG gas at any time, whether you have half tank or 90% in your tank, other factors depend on the pressure of the CNG fuel pump, if they maintain good pressure then don't worry you can get easily.
