Hi, Sally! I am about to finish my bachelor's degree in radiography in the Philippines and planning to have a postgraduate education in Sonography in Australia. Would I able to get a sonographer/radiographer license once I finish my master's degree in Sonography in Australia?
No. You need to finish your master's degree AND *complete a certain number of clinical hours practicing your ultrasound skill*. As far as I'm aware of, most Aus universities provide the academic component of sonography, and it is the student's responsibility to *find somewhere to complete the clinical hours*. Please watch my other video on why it is hard to become a sonographer. All the best!
