So thats a great question. Most builders here in Northeast Florida do prioritize maximizing the amount of homes they can build in a community. Due to this, smaller yards end up becoming more of the norm here. 🙂

I hate the tiny backyards in FL. There plenty of land to open up the back yard. Don't know why they don't buy more land
