However, when cheques received and sent to Bank for collection on the same day, the entry will be (Bank a/c Dr to Chelsea a/c.) For the first case two entry are required For the second case only one entry will be there because of Dr cash and Cr cash will get cancelled.

I have asked 2 charterd accounts and a teacher. According to them in 19.Bank a/c Dr. To Chelsa a/c is the correct answer. Your answer is creating only misconception. Either (Bank a/c) or (Bank/cash a/c) is the correct answer. with due respect.
