Second installment of the NBA Street series.. graphics are drastically improved in this one and there's a new main mode called "Create a Legend" which is what this video is about. There's still no story, which I was hoping for (something like the Def Jam games maybe? Also by EA Sports Big). It's just a lot of NBA games... there's fortunately some variety in the stages and the graphics make the game a whole lot more appealing to look at for hours at a time as opposed to the previous game. Anyway yeah, it's still just NBA and there's a bunch of NBA games out there already. This franchise just feels lame to me because I don't see the fun in playing 6 hours of forced NBA games for no ending whatsoever.

I would guard the rim on defense with Stretch, and use my tiny baller to combo handle moves and alley oop dunk to stretch. Game break 2 in like 10 points lol
It's a shame you're not a fan of the series as it's my favorite sports series. I prefer the arcade style gameplay of the Street series over the simulation focused Live and 2K but that's probably because the first NBA Street was my first sports game ever in 2001 and that probably influenced me to prefer arcade style sports games in general over simulation games focused on realism.
I played this game again and just noticed my teammates AI literally do nothing. Big flaw to this game. They just stand there and dont go back to defending the basket. Easy points for the AI. I have to do everything while they just stand there. Played this as a kid and never noticed
