Mel a Sanke is only Tancho when the only red is the circle on the head. If it has red other than the head circle it's just a Sanke. I know Kohaku that have the head circle with other red areas is called Maruten . Maybe Sanke also have a name for such red markings 😉😊

Hey mate good start to the week down here with a Monday morning video off you👍👍. The $50 Koi were little rippers great value. The fish at Koi Enterprises never fail to impress the show pond is stunning. Nice pick up on the new Koi man. That filter system is huge that will keep Tiki Falls crystal clear. Now we just need someone to get stuck in to it and get it done🤔🤔🤔😅🤣 . Anyway cool video as always good onya mate👍👍🙂.

Love your koi videos! Have always wanted koi! Best I could do is a 55 gallon tub, half sunk in the ground ~ with wood built around it to make it look good. It's the home of 3 Shubukin goldfish ❤️ Unfortunately it spends much of it's time covered up with a screen covered lid to keep out the raccoons 🤬🤬🤬 I'm really impressed with your above ground pond! 😎

Ahh yes I hate Predators when it comes to my fish but that’s so awesome those Shubunkins are living their best life!!! I could totally work in some videos and talk about different types of filtrations… I love the All In One filters!🤙🏽💯🤙🏽

Btw the one koi that looks similar to a sanke is actually called a beni kumonryu (the non metallic version of the kikokuryu which is already doitsu)
