Kids who have not enjoyed 1st hand experience of trains, can never appreciate such videos (or ftm any train videos) when they are adults. Period. 😆🙏. Kids who have enjoyed the experience of steam locomotives, are specially blessed by God 😀.
@@arzan1980 I grew up as a kid in 1970s, travelling in a few steam-engine driven trains. That smell, noise, coal particles getting into my eyes and making them red, scenes from the windows / doors, watching steam engine & train during turnings ... Well. Divine. 😄🙏
@arzan1980 Even considering that the Bhor Ghat is sharper, why is this not being considered for the DQ, Indrayani etc ? Might shave off 10 minutes of the timetable.
@@peterasp1968 There is so much shortage of three phase locos that wap4, wcam3, wcam2 and wag5 are hauling lhb coaches. Thats why now Railways is focussing on Vande Bharat production to eliminate use of elocos
@arzan1980 Yes, you are correct. There is a shortage of elocos, and production of the 3 Phase has always been difficult. But judging by the number of WAP-7 and WAG-9 in service, I thought we had turned the corner ! And anyways, it will be years before there will be enough VB for this problem to be solved. Until that time, the IR will have to keep the lines going
Just trying to understand, what was the need for an additional locomotive when i have seen several trains with 21 or 22 coaches hauled by a single locomotive and could reach speeds of 120 Kmph or even 130kmph.
Its time table is agressive and it has been given push pull power to skip kasara and igatpuri railway stations. With single locomotive, you will need bankers at kasara and at igatpuri you will need to detach it
Acceleration and deceleration is much faster because of push-pull. This saves lots of time. Should be implemented for all electric trains. It will improve punctuality and decongest traffic due to time savings. Also, all trains can be made 22 coaches long due to increased power of push pull. Howrah Delhi rajdhani also made push pull and it saves lots of time.
Dono locomotive mein pilots rehte hain hamesha. Rear locomotive mein chahiye kyunki jab bhi turnouts lete hai to rear locomotive loco pilot inform karte hain leading locomotive pilot ko
Because there are peak hours local trains right behind. Also Mumbai Central is not so far away. Manageable by local train or taxi or bus. For 200 people, you make over 50000 public in peak hours to suffer is not right
Congratulations. Driving a train like Push Pull Rajdhani Express or Deccan Queen on birthdays is always special for Sr Loco Pilots and also for Train Managers too
AisAis Thailand 🇹🇭 Amazing ❤❤Like and share done❤
Thanks a lot

Thanks a lot. I agree with you steam era was great too. I had enjoyed a heritage steam run in 2005 from csmt to thane

Hey is Tejas racks provided to this train??
Not yet. Yet to be alloted
Should be extended till NDLS.
No space available NDLS is already housefull.
Ndls is oversaturated with morning arrivals and departures. Thats why nzm
Your "happy journey ' to the passenger was a nice gesture. And this push-pull configuration ? Does it obviate the need of bankers on the Thull Ghat ?
Thanks. Push pull configuration has helped to eliminate need of bankers while climbing ghats. Thats why it skips kasara and igatpuri

Does the trailing loco also has LPs?
Yes they have to be present to communicate especially whenever any turnout comes and he communicates with leading loco pilot to accelerate
कृपया बताने की कृपा करें कि दोनों locomotive में pilots की ड्यूटी रहती है?या एक locomotive में

why don't they use EOG for this train 🤔
It is running on Hog so eog isn't needed.
@@arzan1980 wow that's amazing
Why two engines.
To avoid halts of kasara and igatpuri where bankers are a must
