I used a heartbeat sensor with Arduino (5V). It work well.
When I using same program in node mcu esp8266(3.3V) no reading in serial monitor.

Can you put it in the description the names of the parts? The one that works and the one that does not?
They were identical, so some sort of dodgy component issue, if you buy from reputable dealer (i. e. Sparkfun etc) you should be OK it's the cheap Chinese parts that I think are unpredictable.

@@XTronical It would helps us a lot. Since there is no proper video for node MCU and max30100 with proper explanation. Which states wheather the resistor of max30100 are required or not required for node MCU. I already saw your previous video for Arduino and max30100 and I found it to be the best video till date.
Yes, I'll do one, be around 2 to 3 weeks as I've none in with the resistors still on and will have to order a new one.

You can buy them on Ali Express or Amazon, the links just below are affiliate links for Amazon UK but typing "MAX30100" into your local Amazon should bring up a list. AliExpress is cheaper if your prepared to wait a while as delivery can take a some time if your not based in China.
