I'm left handed and I play a right handed guitar, upside down, without switching the strings. I'm self taught and just did what felt right/ made sense and then years later realized that's not how that works and that there was such a thing as a lefty guitar. I guess I was just so used to having to translate the world as a lefty that I assumed guitar would be the same. I'm now a music therapist and play every day with clients.
ohh yeah back when Friday used to be a best of episode, those were the days. that's exactly the reason why i like More in general, the old-school Speed of Conversation vibes.
Alice in chainsssss!!! My love for Link just rocketed!! As soon as he said man in the box I was , Alice In Chains? No waaaay!! Love these guys too much!
he really does! I want to go to the RHCP concert and I swear no one I know will go with me. No one else likes them and I wish I knew Link so we could go
link's loss at the main challenge was a win for the viewers.. - or at least for _me_ - ...because he looks absolutely adorable even with half a box on his head
I'm surprised during their research of handedness that they didn't come across the fact that the proportion of left-handed baseball players is higher than the rest of the population, because there are lots of right-handed pitchers pitching to right-handed batters, so when a left-handed batter comes up they aren't used to it. Whereas the left-handed batter has been playing against mostly right-handed pitchers and IS used to it, so they have a slight advantage.
as a left-handed person who plays guitar: I learned to play a right handed guitar even though it felt unnatural at first, because guitar is such a sharable instrument... once you learn something its hard to unlearn it. imagine not being able to play on almost every guitar even though you know how to just because you learned it "backwards". you very quickly get over your left-handedness anyways... also, I am coincidentally (or not?) an artist😂 it would be interesting to know if there's truth to the "left handed are creative" theory
There's something really compelling and calming about links box. You guys should have 1 day a week or month where Link has to wear a box on his head. You could get creative with the designs 😉
Fun fact, Stomp is an actual genre of music. It is a type of jazz started in the early 20th century that is characterized as having a strong beat and uptempo pace
links head in a box and the way he’s moving reminds me when a cat gets it’s head stuck in one. like they don’t like it but also just chilling and accepting it 😂
left handed guitarist here that also plays a right handed guitar! been playing like that since i picked up a guitar, you just read everything backwards lol
I found the left or right handed question interesting because I'm neither left nor right handed, I'm ambidextrous. I have 2 sons, my oldest is left handed and my youngest is right handed.
I'm left handed when I write or draw but when I use cutting tools I'm right handed. If I were batting in a baseball game I would bat right handed. That's how I'm comfortable and can do the things to the best of my ability. Sometimes it's called cross dominant.
I think what Rhett is saying is some people have weaker tongues then others the stronger the tongue the more superior and better your tasting skills are haha lol XD
I am left handed and I don’t have a creative bone in my body. I’m in nursing school and have noticed that a lot of my peers are left handed, though. We’re all very type A.
Side note: I worked at a home improvement store through college and I noticed a much higher than 10% left-handedness when people would sign for their credit cards (especially contractors and folks buying a lot of varied materials), so I also concluded that it was a trend among creative/constructive types.
Link getting his head put in a box as a penalty and then actually enjoying it because he thinks it looks cool is the most Link thing to do ever lmao ❤
Y’all should of painted or lined the inside of the box green so you could use it as a green screen and put Links head in random places lol
That woulda been hilarious
Is that where it always is!?
Genius
That was a missed opportunity.
Great idea. That would've been perfect 😆
Link is speaking so seriously…but his head is in a box! 😂
That’s what I was about to comment. The serious tone with the box around his head was just perfect. Haha 😆
Link was not able to think outside of the box this episode.
🤣🤣 this comment is straight goldddd hahaha
pin!
Link being so angry about Brave is everything. He absolutely abhors it.
Brave is built from chrome ahaha Chase did not defend it well
I had to come to the comments to make sure somebody said it. It's still searching Google, Link!
@@nikg6232 doesn't brave default to duckduckgo, not google?
@@BenjaminWinter7 Nope, for me it defaults to google
I use Brave when I want to be discrete.
I love the good-hearted shade Carney consistently throws at R&L. 😂
Carney is the best!!!❤️
Link says disassociating makes me mystical, you know, I appreciate that.
7:48 i disassociate due to mental health a lot, it’s quite scary, but tbh it’s nice to be described as mystical 😌
Link singing Alice in chains made my entire day lmaooo
Then didn’t say grunge as a genre lol
@@HarrySwanny29 right lmaoooooo
I cant belive Links "Angel dust" didnt get a belly laugh.
Ohhhh, I just now got the joke by reading your comment!! 🤣
I know! That was so clever! Haha 😆
Same!!!
💯💯💯💯💯💯
i love when rhett goes on a dad lying rant
😂 .. "some people are just wrong" 🤣 .. good one Rhett!
Imagine if link just was kneeling down and left only his head showing😂😂
no
Put his head in a jar and make it look like the celebrity heads in Futurama

Link is so ridiculously funny and he’s underrated fr 😂

This GMMore gives me old Thursday episodes vibes and I love it
ohh yeah back when Friday used to be a best of episode, those were the days. that's exactly the reason why i like More in general, the old-school Speed of Conversation vibes.
when thursday meant mail? :D
Fun fact: the bump pattern of a dog's nose are unique just like our fingerprints.
Paul McCartney is left handed - apparently he learned on John's guitar, upside down and backwards - amazing!
Alice in chainsssss!!! My love for Link just rocketed!! As soon as he said man in the box I was , Alice In Chains? No waaaay!! Love these guys too much!
Lmao I love how hung up Rhett got about LeBron being left handed
As a 90's kid, this episode starting with an Alice in Chains reference touched my heart in a special way. ✌
Not a 90s kid but it also touched my heart in a special way. Alice In chains is one of my favorite bands. I loved that little reference
Same, one of the best bands ever 🤘
Are you saying you were touched by a touch angel?

They should survey the mythical crew on handedness and see if there is any correlation with the type of work they have!
Yes I’d love to see that data!
I am LIVING for that Alice in Chains reference
You’re so stuck on Brave while the everyone is stuck on left or right handed 🤣🤣
Love the Alice In Chains reference. My favorite band!! Layne Staley was the greatest singer.
Right there with ya, Layne is my all-time favorite vocalist
Layne Staley was a character in Homicide: Life on the Street.

Looking for this comment. I did not expect Link to know the lyrics, cool! Great song
The acoustics in Link’s box are excellent
Link has such an amazing taste in music
he really does! I want to go to the RHCP concert and I swear no one I know will go with me. No one else likes them and I wish I knew Link so we could go
I love that Chase/GMM just introduced more people to Brave. Heck yeah.
I’m just thankful that you are still making shows and have some good positivity
link's loss at the main challenge was a win for the viewers.. - or at least for _me_ - ...because he looks absolutely adorable even with half a box on his head
Link's consternation about Brave is hilarious.
I'm surprised during their research of handedness that they didn't come across the fact that the proportion of left-handed baseball players is higher than the rest of the population, because there are lots of right-handed pitchers pitching to right-handed batters, so when a left-handed batter comes up they aren't used to it. Link's hairstyle would be so slay if he let a bit of it fall over his forehead like it wants to do
i agree but it’s already so good
Nah, his hair is slay. Full stop.
When it came to left handed celebrities, I'm 98% sure Link said Daniel Day Lewis right away because of the movie "My Left Foot"
So in theory blood tastes delicious but Rhett and Link always get it wrong.
Dangit Link! You beat me to the joke! I wanted to say Touched by an Touch Angel. 😂
Kurt Cobain was actually right-handed. He just played guitar left-handed. I've been into Nirvana for over 30 years, and I just learned this last year!
Fun fact: babies have tastebuds all over their mouths, adults only have some in certain places!
No wonder they're always putting things in their mouths.
Leave my knee taste buds alone.

Eric Gales plays a right handed guitar upside down without restringing it.
Carney always with the sneaky jokes
I know a guy that plays left-handed, with just a right-handed guitar flipped upside down. He has been playing like that for 50+ years.
14:40 people who are left handed are usually artistic using the right brain so yes almost all actors and musicians are left handed
No.

Link is far more lucid with his head in a box.
Link not getting Brave is pure boomer vibes. "So you dont Google, you Brave?"
Link literally asking what brave is then chastising as though he is an authority. True Link confirmed
