Thank you for sharing a good video. Would you please give me some advise. Regarding the PET bottle is not clear bottle. Some PET bottle was added the color. Once these bottles was recycled, they will be mixed with clear PET bottles?

Yes.. we need to segregate clear bottles and coloured bottles initially
There are three different standard for PET flakes: 1: pure white; 2: Blue/Green; 3: mixed with three different colors. Pure white means 100% PET; Blue/Green flakes means it contains PVC, put the PVC mixed flake under the sun, it shows light blue.

@@ahmedhamidane3189 If the flakes has been recycled, put some of the flakes under the sun, when you find the color shows light blue, we can definitely confirm these flakes are not pure, or you can test by lighting up, pure PET smells good without acrid. These are the easiest way to describe by visual and smell. If the PET bottles hasn`t been washed, you can easily sort them, normally pure PET are white colored bottles, if they are reused material contain with PVC or other additives, the color shall be blue or green. Hope it helps you out.

To make polyester stable fiber for fillers purpose which can be used to toys, pollows, squilts etc. also can be used to make FDY filament to make garments etc.
Sir can we produce PP PE and PET ABS in a one common extruder machine
Basically it`s not possible, because PP and PP material flow above the water, while the PET density is higher than water, it sinks.
