Damn i remember watchin this shit like every day before school back in like 6th grade. Memories 😢😊
When they came to Merritt Island it changed my life forever
What a time to be alive!
Thanks for uploading these.
Tony setting everyone to work is definitely the military dad coming out 😂
Hey potato patato but "Gegantic" haha, also 3 comments?.. is that possible today?
Come skate Fireman's Skatepark Houma,La.
So glad we lost Steve
Were these demo's free or did it cost money to attend? If not, who paid all the skaters and how did they generate income?
So most if not all events at the time were being broadcasted on TV this specifically on ESPN at the time. Tickets around the time were like $8-$15 max for entry. And most of it was paid for by sponsors (skate & non skate)(Best Buy, pacsun) which would pay the skaters from all the publicity they were making off events!
@@Ohh24 Thanks for the info. I didn't know it was televised at the time on ESPN. I quit skating around 96' and kinda stopped following skating and never knew it became popular on ESPN at that time.
@@deanquinto3207 oh it was insane especially because the first tony hawk pro skater realeased in 1999 ,2 years before this took place. so the popularity for skating skyrocketed, everyone wanted to be apart of this scene afterwards
Steve cab and bucky
2 skaters you can name every trick they're gonna do before they even start skating. Bam too.
