Congratulations. I just watched the video about Millie and your family's journey. Experiences like the one you've gone through quickly make you realize what's important in life. I had a similar experience 12 years ago when my son spend 12 weeks at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (and we almost lost him a few times). Kids like yours and mine are so strong and resilient. Wishing you all the best moving forward!
absolutely! problems we thought were problems just simply weren't anymore. it truly makes you appreciate the little things so much more, opens your eyes to how quickly things can change. we were diagnosed on august 31 2021, woke up that day normal and a 4 min phone call around 11:30 rocked our world. things still aren't normal, nor will they be anytime soon. Is your son still in remission? Our Amelia is at a really high chance of relapse but we will continue to fight with her and hope that we stay in remission. Thanks for watching!
